Can someone tell me what I should do for insert images in this thread?
When replying you can select the Manage Files option and upload an image from your PC. An image hoster such as Photobucket or Imageshack can host your image and provide you a code to paste into a forum to show your image.

Could you also tell me how put a image in a journal? Thanks for your attention.
Upload your image to somewhere like www.imageshack.us (it's best to sign up so you can keep track of all the codes), get the code for forums, and just put it in the entry of your journal.
It will be something like [ IMG]url to picture[/IMG ] (just without the spaces)
