hey gang,

I keep reading here and there about being able to build new lots, building, and even maps. How is this done? Is there an editor that can be bought/downloaded? anyone here ever do any of this. I'm a web developer/programmer by trade, and I have an affinity for designing. Games are okay, but I really like editing them heheh. Thanks for any tips.
