Wealth: low on C$$/C$$$ offices?

Hi, I'm relatively new when it comes to playing SimCity 4 and I noticed that some of my commercial offices have an additional stat when moused over with the query key, Wealth: low. Oddly enough, it only appears on some buildings and the wealth is always listed as low.

Also, when a building (like the one included in my example) is $$$ but has only $$($), with the last ($) being grayed out, what does this signify and should it be something I should be concerned about? If so, how do I go addressing about the issue?

What this all means is that the building is inhabited by people of lower wealth than the building is meant for. It's designed as a high-wealth office, but is currently only supplying medium-wealth jobs. That is something to be concerned about if high-wealth jobs are lacking in your city.

Otherwise it may just be that there aren't enough high-wealth citizens to occupy all the jobs, so the building's wealth level drops to suit the workforce available. IMO that isn't so bad, and a bonus with a wealth-level drop is that the amount of available jobs/apartments goes up. But in the end, it's really up to you if it's a problem or not. As long as the building isn't empty or deserted looking, I'd just go with it
