    Question where's my water?

I just made a neighbor deal with a city to buy water but when I go to this city there is no water. The connection is made and the pipes are laid and I'm paying for the water but it's not there.I went back to the selling city and there is enough water. What am I missing?I've never had problems with deals before.
As soon as the rush is over I'm going to have a nervous breakdown.I worked for it;I owe it to myself;and nobody is going to deprive me of it.

Without being able to see what's going on, I'd say the pipes aren't connected to the source. You have to connect your cities' pipes directly to the connection pipe, or else the water won't flow to the rest. If that's done, it may just be that there actually isn't enough water, and you need more pumps in the supply city.

If that's not it, I may need more information (like screenshots maybe?).

The pipes are definitely connected.I decided to switch things around and destroyed the water tower in city A and I put one in city B and I got the prompt for a deal.I accepted and the water flowed.I still don't know why I couldn't do it the other way.Oh well.Such is life. Thanks for trying.

Just using a water tower to supply water probably isn't enough. What likely happened was the buildings around the water tower were using up too much of the water to be able to sell anything to the next town. When you rebuilt it in the other town, there was less water being siphoned away, so you were able to make a deal.

You should use water pumps to supply water to other towns, and there shouldn't be any problems.

Sorry,I meant pump.It said I was only using a fraction of the water but it still wouldn't go.I thought if I didn't have enough water the deal wouldn't be offered.Oh well.
