Dear SimCity Social Fans

We’re excited to announce that SimCity Social has just gone into Open Beta! Which means you can get in there right now and start playing.

So what does Open Beta mean? Well, we might be testing the servers and functionality, so from time to time the game may be down as we calibrate and fine-tune things. But if that happens, the game will be up and running again as soon as possible.

Rest assured that we won’t be resetting the game during this maintenance period, so you won’t lose any progress, Diamonds or relationships that you build up.

And most importantly it’s going to officially launch in the very near future!

It's been three days and the game cannot post tasks to the wall. It just brought my game to a complete freeze. I wrote that three days ago with no reply or action from anyone's side. The problem is I know everyone else is suffering from the same because I see no posted requests from anyone else for the last three days as well!!

I keep inviting friends to join and be my neighbors and when they do and I get a message saying enjoy your 3 free diamonds. I don't get them!!! The game owes me hundreds of them by now!!! Please fix this and credit me for what you owe me!

Requests posted on the wall don't really work instantly!!! Can't understand why, me and my friends post and monitor on friend's account to see the post and it is just not working for days. We'd rather not spend the diamonds. Any solution for this glitch? Thanks

I think you're mistaken; this isn't the "official" SimCity forum, this is just a fansite. Nobody here has anything to do with designing/maintaining the game, so unfortunately we can't help you.
