Small Map: 401,238/Neopolia
Med. Map: 1,045,845/Maron Isle
Large Map: 1,583,233/Fransion Valley

Small map: 200,000.(New city)
Mediun map: 300,000.(Rio de Janeiro)
Large map: 1,461,937. (Begining)

Ps: I did all of them without any cheats and I didn't make they bigger because my computer is too slow so, I've deleted them.

i can't make big cities becuase my computer is slow soa after i've filled up an area the size of a smalll city my computer goes all small and somtimes crashes

My computer is slow too! But I can make big cities (I just need be very patient). And now, my biggest cities are Enought 808,000-small map, Poor 1,755,000-mediun map and Big 2,370,000-large map. This in SC4.

I haven't built big cities in large maps, either. It takes a while for my computer to load and save large maps, too. My biggest city was in a medium map, and had a population of some 170,000 people. However, I intend on trying to build a big city in a large map sometime soon.

Im not sure about large or small maps but I know my highest pop. on a med map is only about 96,000
