I installed SimCity 3000 unlimited onto my laptop that has Windows Vista (not sure if it's related). When I open the game the mouse arrow disappears completely and sometimes flashes every few seconds but it's mostly never there. I can click on things and perform actions and tasks but I just can't see the arrow. The game runs smoothly, though. Anyways, I was just hoping you had an idea on how to make my mouse arrow appear permanantly.
