Recycling Trucks do not pick up all Bins.

I'm not having production issues, but pickup issues rather. at the end of the day, when all of my recycle bin indicators are eradicated from my city overlay, it tells me that i have picked up 10,000(+) out of 28,000(+) bins of recycling.

does anyone have some insight as to what this is about? my education level is in it's 5th indicator, Industrial tech is in it's 3rd indicator and i have 2 recycling centers.

I have the same problem. At the end of the day I have 62,000 bins that need picked up and only a little over 10,000 were. I see it's been almost a year since this was posted. Does anyone read these from SIM CITY?
